Unlike the rest of the country, only Bostonians take their unbearable accent seriously. In an effort to guide notoriously aggressive Boston Drivers, the Massachusetts Department of Transportation has changed their electronic highway signs to say "CHANGING LANES? USE YAH BLINKAH."
A Massachusetts resident emailed the Massachusetts Department of Transportation complaining about his fellow Boston drivers – who received 5,000 traffic tickets last year for failing to use their “blinkah,” or turn signal. The department decided to help him out, and have a little fun as well.
The signs will only be up through this weekend, and good thing too, because even Bostonians aren’t sure how they feel about it
